A few hours ago OPTiC released an DVDSCR of this movie. It was kind of useless because the DVD was released. But now here are both the DVDRip and the 720p rip. Today has been a strange day, Bluray ripper have beaten the DVD rippers again. Enjoy

Sunday afternoon culinary extravaganza hosted by Lloyd Grossman. Each show saw three amateur chefs battling it out to win the series title of Masterchef. Judging each show was a different prominent chef and a celebrity. In 2001, the series moved from it’s Sunday afternoon slot on BBC1 to a new weeknight slot on BBC2. I remember reading earlier in comments on another post today that someone has been waiting for this movie and now here it is as a DVD screener thanks to OPTiC. The movie looks pretty good to me but has received some mixed reviews. Quality, well its a DVD screener so quality is good but also has black and white screens that can be seen in the video sample below.

Group NODLABS just pred a 2007 French black-and-white animated anthology film named “Fears of the Dark”. Apparently, it is about the subject of fear. Since it’s black-and-white, I don’t think I’m gonna grab this one. English sub is included in the release.

Looks like a new group is born today. The first work Hi2U brings us is a 2008 LiMiTED Ninja movie with zombies. Judging from the poster, it looks like a Japan manga adpted film. Anyway, grab it if you are interested.
PLOT: The peace of the mall movie theater is about to be shattered! Jack, a stagnated painter, must train new theater employee Marcus, a rage filled, motorcycle-riding martial artist. What I think about this USA series is that, the fist 2 seasons were so damn great, but since then, the show just kept disappointing me, until it welcomed its cancellation from USA. Yet I got to say the music featured in the show is excellent, especially the opening theme song. (It’s a pity that the song is too short.) Well here is a OST release from SAW I want to recommend, enjoy!
The soundtrack features both the original version of A Place in Time (Theme from the 4400) and a brand new instrumental arrangement of it by The Landau Orchestra. It also includes more memorable songs from the series, like Switchfoot’s “This Is Your Life”, Maroon 5’s “She Will Be Loved”, Billie Holiday’s “Cheek to Cheek”, and much more.

Maybe you still have some impression about the BET TV show “Brothers to Brutha”, coz we posted two episodes of the show. Too bad that scene doesn’t keep releasing the show. Anyway, FIY, “Brutha” is a quintet of brothers who came together to form a R&B group. Their show “Brothers to Brutha” shows their transformation during and after they reached fame. The brothers are signed to Def Jam Records, and their self-titled debut album “Brutha” was released on December 21, 2008, and WHOA pred it 2 days later. I have to say that, the other songs in the album are way better than their debut single “I Can’t Hear The Music”. Give it a try.

I don’t usually post Staff picks or older releases but I just discovered a totally amazing song which deserves to be posted. This song is “Hey” from Pixies, American alternative band which ended their production back in 1993 but reunited few years ago. If you’ve seen a recent movie Zack and Miri Make Porno, this song is featured in the party scene and it totally rocks. About 2 months ago, group AMRC released a remastered version of Pixies’ album Doolittle which includes this single, so if you want to download this brilliant piece of music, here’s your chance.
The Pixies are an American rock band that formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1986. The band disbanded in 1993 under acrimonious circumstances but reunited in 2004. Black Francis, Joey Santiago, Kim Deal, and David Lovering have been the band’s continual members. The Pixies found only modest success in their home country, but were significantly more successful in the United Kingdom and elsewhere in Europe, although never achieving mainstream success with their studio albums.

Here’s ORC Again with a DVDSCR for us. This time it’s The Wrestler. Haven’t heard of this movie yet, but it has a nice rating at imdb, so I think it’s quite good. Might check it out some day:) . Video sample included, and I think the quality is not bad:)
Back in the late ’80s, Randy “The Ram” Robinson (Mickey Rourke) was a headlining professional wrestler. Now, 20 years later, he ekes out a living performing for handfuls of diehard wrestling fans in high school gyms and community centers around New Jersey.
Estranged from his daughter (Evan Rachel Wood) and unable to sustain any real relationships, Randy lives for the thrill of the show and the adoration of his fans. However, a heart attack forces him into retirement. As his sense of identity starts to slip away, he begins to evaluate the state of his life—trying to reconnect with his daughter, and strikes up a blossoming romance with an aging stripper (Marisa Tomei). Yet all this cannot compare to the allure of the ring and passion for his art, which threatens to pull Randy “The Ram” back into his world of wrestling.
